Bank Of Hope interview questions

I don't have any experience in banking but a recruiter from Bank of Hope reached out to me on LinkedIn about a remote position as a customer service rep for their online products. I'm willing to learn and love remote jobs, so I said I was interested. We set up a time to talk. That time came and went. I immediately reached back out to say I'm okay to reschedule if she got caught up in other things. She never replied.

The interview was really simple and easy. I was interviewed by the people in charge of my department. They asked me to share about myself and everything was really easy. There was no trick questions and I was offered a position after couple days.
