Very interesting discussion in the panel interview stage. I had a great discussion with the BOM that interviewed at that time. They are very welcome with me even though my background is not banking.
All of the interview process were conducted in English. The selection process is quite long (psychometric test, HR interview, FGD, Business Presentation, and BoD Presentation, and quite challenging, especially in FGD and Business Presentation. Kind of big opportunity to try for Fresh Graduate.
I applied for the position online, get notification after several weeks. First step interview was conducted with AI, its a pretty interesting experience for me. Candidate needs to answer several question within the available minute.
