The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Online application that required submitting a CV and filling out references and previous work history. Then waiting few days and received email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview took around 15 minutes. Was hired within the week.
