I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Brentwood, TN) in Mar 2013
Interview
Brief phone interview then brought in for half-hour in-person interview then scheduled 3-hour working interview. In the working interview I was observing current associates work. I was shown some of the ropes by the manager and then observed an experienced associate. I was able to ask the associate any questions I had about the job and the business. I was given some basic instructions on how to use the computer system for checking patients in and out. The associate also explained other things as she did them like educating clients about heart worms or Wellness Plans.
Thank you for your positive comments about our interview process. We are glad to hear that your overall experience was a good one! Congratulations and welcome to the Banfield family.
