1. Firstly we sent in resume and CV for the job with relevant expereince together with grades through webrecruiter.
2. Got sent two stress-tests (one numerical and one verbal). At each test it popped up 6 browsers with different information and an area at the bottom of your screen with a question and three alternative answers as correct, wrong or unclear. The questions could be like "did Subaru earn 5% more money than Honda in 2013". Then you would have to find the info in the 6 browsers. Each test had 42 questions and 12 minutes.
3. If your score was well enough you got an offer to come to Oslo for a personal interview. Together with the invite you got an personal test. The personality test tried to make you balance attributes up against eachother. How? Well you get 3 statements at and you are suppose to place 6 points in total at these 3 statements to reflect you as a person.
4. Personal interview in Oslo: This interview lasted apporxiamtely 90 minutes with a recruiting company experedis. About 50 minutes went to talk about my history and 40 minutes went to talk about my personality test.
5. Invite to assessment day: A mail came shortly after with an invite to assessment day. In the mail it also said that the day will contain of personal case, group case, and a personal interview. The personal case arrives 48 hours before the assessment day (see question to see what the case was)
6. Assessment day. The assessment day was also at Experedis and they were really nice and took good care of us. The day started with everyone sitting in one room and got some inforamtion about Bane NOR. We were 20 people (out of 1100) left and all people already there was assigned offices they were interview for (we were 4 people left for the Oslo office). We then started the day, I begun with my individual case (persentation to last between 7 and 8 minutes). Then group case (groups at 5 people) and then lastly personal interview with two people that was at the office you were applying for.
At the moment of writing this there hasnt been given an offer for the position. They are taking in 8 trainees within project management across country and one of them are going to the oslo office.
