It was an on-campus physical process. After the shortlisting, there was a GD round in which less than half of the students were selected for interview. The interview was focused mainly on our projects and willingness to work with them. They started with asking some technical questions and real world significance of the projects and technologies involved in them. Show them as many projects as you can. Then they started asking about the bank, the objectives, and eagerness to join them. The interview was concluded with some HR questions. The most important skill required was excellent communication.
