At first, they made a quickly phone interview (about 15 minutes), with no previous notice. Started in English, after 5 minutes changed for Portuguese. Asked about my background, my career gap, where I learned English, etc. after we finish, she scheduled and interview with the branch manager and her assistant. It took about 30 minutes and they asked things about corporative behavior, simulated some situations, what I thought that was a nice work environment and how I thought that my skills could contribute for the team. She explained a little bit about the benefits the company offers and told me that in 2 weeks they would finish the process.

It was a great process. Highly skilled HR and management. The first contact was their talent acquisition employee, who made the process very easy and enjoyable. Once accepted, the on boarding process was also well done and easy to do.
