The interview process was comparable to other brands. Interviewed with the recruiter, DM, Regional HR, and Regional Director. It was a fairly fast process with a quick response. Questions were related to capabilities in business growth through customer acquisition and retention. There was a high focus on clienteling.
Interview process starts typically with a recruiter. If that goes well you are passed on to the next with the District Manager (in person) then final round on to the Regional Manager, typically virtual.
The interview process was multi level. First recruiter, then DM, the RD. All averaged around 1 hour or less each. Once that was over you were contacted back by the recruiter to make an offer to you.
