Interview
There are a series of 5 steps; you first are scheduled for an interview with HR. They rarely know the specifics of the position. Then you are prompted to attend an interview with the manager of the position, who makes mostly general questions. Then you are requested to execute some psychometric tests and finally a couple of home, family and reference verifications.
