The process started with a phone interview - this was easy and went well. Then there was an awkward webcam interview with pre-recorded questions that you recorded and submitted your answer to. Very difficult as there is nothing to read from the interviewer to tell you if they are left with any additional questions. Then I took a skills assessment test. This was pretty standard, excel spreadsheet manipulation, typing test, etc. The hiring manager seems to have a very specific type of person in mind for positions and it is hard to fit into her mold. I have applied for several positions that I was overqualified for and not really given a shot because of who the hiring manager is.
