I applied online and Business developer contacted for an initial screening call. After I was sent an excel test. The initial interaction with the business developer was good, professional but after the excel test the bad manners started to show. After the test she said that will let me know the week after but of course the ghosting had already started. I had to follow up twice on my application to finally tell me that they had moved with other candidates but clearly, there was no intention from her part to let me know the outcome despite saying in one of the follow up emails that she would so the process that lasted 1 month was a total waste of time.
