Confused interview process. All seemed vague and nonchalant. I asked how many were in the team and was told ‘we don’t know it keeps changing’. Classic.
The interview included a vague task no real structure given. Pretty much open to interpretation

Email and invitation for a face-to-face interview at the head office at Piccadilly Circus London. HR person quite nice and friendly, shame about the lack of experience of the interviewers.
