The interview experience was disappointing. Instead of focusing on my abilities to manage a venue and lead a team, the interviewer seemed more interested in quizzing me on making cocktails. It became evident from the moment I walked through the door that it was not a favorable environment for me. The overall experience felt unprofessional and borderline bullying in its approach to interviewing someone.
