Phone interview pleasant with HR. Asked to take 4 tests (wrote a sample customer email, take excel test to calculate interest rates, and predictive index test and online math sort of test). After you Pass all those, you go in to meet with the teams. 2 on 1 interviews with 3 teams. Ridiculous interview process and I knew leaving the 3rd teaminterview that I was not interested in working for this team. This is an entry level position and they act as if they are hiring into VP level role. Process does not match role at all; they are misguided.
