Rather unique interview experience, interviewers didn't ask the normal interview questions. Just asked about general thoughts on the role applied and then they did some sharing. Ended with 1/2 questions asked by me and it ended within 30 mins (as mentioned by HR in interview email). Overall, the interviewers were very nice and honest about their opinions (with regards to questions posed to them). They made the atmosphere to be very welcoming and eased the tension for interviewees.
