Straightforward, jovial, a little bit quirky. The hiring manager and his colleague who was present were clearly looking for someone who would not have major interpersonal challenges. Both exercised humor, self deprecation, and confidence.

Interview
You submit your resume online and they call you for an interview. The women in HR have terrible social skills when it comes to interviewing staff. They cut you off during the interview and come off as rude and angry. Regardless of how nice you are they make it clear you will be paid very little... no benefits and the work is grueling. Only take a job here is you are absolutely desperate. They need to fire the HR staff and most of the staff in the residences. This place is extremely unprofessional, racist and unwilling to change. Never ever work for this employer.
