Offered me an interview at 3 am for 8 am the same morning. Obviously, I didn't see the email before it would have been too late. Really speaks to how they manage.

only was asked one questions, and that was my availability. not much else was asked and I got brought in the next week to train. quit after a few days. just not my vibe and not for me

Interview
It was not that formal- conversation at the front of the restaurant with owner. I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to be available. We went over my resume/references and she asked multiple questions. The questions where more towards personality/availability than qualifications for the job.
