The selection process was quick, straightforward, and well-structured. Recruiter Thais demonstrated excellent professionalism, conducting each stage with clarity and empathy, which made the experience very positive. The interview was divided into three parts: questions about academic and professional background, some career- and project-related questions in English, and finally, a logical/situational test. It was definitely one of the most well-organized interviews I have participated in.
