It went through my previous job experiences related to IT, describing each step along the way in simple terms and outlining the technologies involved. Reviewed the languages and technologies I have worked with, checked how long I have been a Team Leader, and noted how many developers I have tutored.

The interviewer initially introduced BairedDev, followed by some questions about my career and current job in my native language. Then, in English, the interviewer asked questions about the projects I have developed throughout my career and my experience in leading teams. After this phase, there were four questions related to logic and mathematics, as well as some situational questions. To conclude, the interviewer explained how the admission process works at the company, salary expectations, employee rights, and other smaller details like health insurance and similar benefits.
