Solid process overall. Everyone is very nice. Superday is 5 30 min interviews back to back and people are easy to talk to. Does a good job of showing who Baird is and why someone should want to work there

Zoom interview with research associate and in-person superday at HQ in Milwaukee. Five or six back-to-back interviews with senior analysts that went for 30 minutes each. There was also an online test, writing assessment, and in-person test.

One interview on campus with potential boss and then one small super day with 4 different interviews lasting around 30 minutes at their Headquarters in Milwaukee. Overall light interview definitely more behavioral than technical.
