Applied online, got a call to come in for an interview in a little over a week. During the call the manager asked about my availability (in general and for upcoming holiday period). Came into the store for a one-on-one interview with the store manager. The interview was informal and felt like I was just having a casual conversation with the manager, and seemed like it was for the manager to gauge my personality and see if I'd fit in with the company. The manager also talked a bit about the company and the process of creating the glasses which I thought was rather interesting. Overall a good experience.
