good process, questions were not very difficult, as long as you are prepared you should not face many difficulties at all with this interview if you prepare well in advance for it

Phone interview lasting about half hour by the Faculty Dean and School Head. Very pleasant interviewers, asked relevant but challenging questions. Could have been easier or more effective on video Skype for my 5 minutes presentation instead of only relying on speaking on the phone.
