Testing by computer skills by dictation letters & project skills. Two Majors & Col. interview questions asked. Within 10 minutes letter to be typed.
I am retired from Pakistan Air Force. Interview was arranged by Shaheen Foundation in Islamabad, which is taking care for the benefits of the retired personal. Interview was conducted by three officers. They asked technical questions, some question regarding family background and regarding my personal behavior on different situations. Out of 24 they select 4 and I was one of them and on the same day evening they declare that you are successful.
