Bader Law interview questions

My phone interview was rescheduled twice and then no one called me at the final time that had been scheduled. I called to inquire but had to leave a voicemail. There was no response to that call or a subsequent email I sent. It was incredibly frustrating to clear my calendar, research and prep for the interview, and arrange for child care 3 separate times, only to never speak to anyone and receive no explanation.

They had scheduled an interview and then forgot about it. When I arrived they had to pull a random person to come interview me. She did a great job given that she was thrown into it but she had no idea what I was applying for or anything about me. They played it off like the person who was supposed to interview me was caught up in a meeting but then later in the interview let it slip that he wasn’t even in the building. Very frustrating after taking time off work, prepping, and they didn’t bring the same level of effort. Very odd they called the next day to try and get me to go in for a group interview without even addressing or apologizing for the day before. Turned down the offer.
