I met with both founders, several directors and executives, and a few team members, Each had a set of questions specific to their role and what they were evaluating. Most of the questions were surrounding my leadership style, approach to sales, fixing things without a clear direction (and the required change management), and what I believed they were missing. The most meaningful part of the experience was when I was asked for 3+ contacts for references. Each contact left the conversation with nothing but amazing things to say about the company and leader and unique fit.
