I would say the manager has to have quiet a nerve to post job offer stating remote oppur, to then during first and last interview by phone call specify that actually for whole started period (3 months it's in office) also offering next step of recruitment as IN PERSON MEETING IN PYRZYCE, which for me personally would be 4 hour drive lol
