I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process is split into 5 moments: HR contact, technical challenge (and here you can choose if you want a technical assignment or a technical conversation), technical interview (based on the assignment), cultural screening and proposal. The whole process is very empathetic and open to brainstorm. Also, it looks focused in company cultural fit rather than technical excellence (besides still giving quite an importance to it, given the role)
