Interview
1. Round 1 -Had a detailed interview with the HR/Recruiter who briefed me about the role and the interview process
2. Round 2 - 45 minutes Detailed Technical discussion with the Hiring Manager. Covered both technical and managerial aspects
3. Round 3- 1 hour detailed interview with a Senior Team member. More into the role and people management skills were assessed in this discussion
4. Round 4 - Case presentation to the team with role play - duration 1. 5 hours

Interview
Job application was followed a few days later by a recruiter phone screen. The recruiter took 45 minutes of my time and never got back to me after saying he would need just a couple of days. Total waste of time, and absolutely the wrong way of treating people.
If this is how they behave with candidates, I can imagine what they do with employees...
