Bacari Restaurants interview questions

You come in for an interview in person and sit down and talk about your experience and why you want to work at Bacari. You talk about your steps of service and what hospitality means to you. Then you come in for a stage to see how you work.

It was extremely relaxed and quick. I was worried I would be asked very specific questions or at the very least the usual interview questions that can take a minute to answer. They were more interested in personality and attitude than anything it seemed, which was nice.
