Very clear steps regarding what was required and who I was meeting with. The interviewers were very mindful and friendly. Whenever there was something not clear, they were open to discuss about it.

The process is advertised on the Babylon Android Playbook on their github page, and it is followed strictly. It was overall pretty fun, I had chats (rather than interrogations) with multiple roles: designers, product managers, engineers. There is a code test to do at home before being invited to on-site interviews, and it is a good test to estimate the level of the candidate..
