Baby Dolls interview process is fairly straightforward. Ask to speak with the dance manager when you arrive. If they like your look and personality, the managers will ask to do a body evaluation. (Other clubs might require a dance audition however Baby Dolls doesn’t have any poles so they just do the evaluation) The managers will show you to the dressing room where you will change into your heels and T-back thong and then go into the dance office. Quick spin for a 360 view and then you’re done! Change back into your clothes and meet the managers back into the office. They will tell you yes, no, OR they might ask you to tweak something looks wise before doing another evaluation. The whole process usually takes less than 15 minutes. Previous experience is not required however is preferred.
