Interview
It was pretty moderate.
Not easy nor difficult.
They gave situation based questions, Background check, Education based questions, Basic Marketing and sales questions . They wanted to know whether employees are willing to sacrifice weekend holidays and will work for 12 hours a day.
It was online , and at the time when it was already in its downfall , I had 2 level of interview one being photonic and another in vedio call .

The hiring process at Byju’s involved three rounds. The first step was attending a webinar. After that, I was asked to create an informative video highlighting the learning outcomes from the session. The final round was a technical interview where my problem-solving and communication skills were assessed. The process was structured to evaluate both content understanding and presentation abilities.
