It was a first introductory interview with the HR. The conversation was friendly and by friendly I mean trully pleasant. I enjoyed that short and open-minded chat. However, they promised to get back to me with their decision in two days while in reality one week after the interview I still had not heard of them an needed to send a reminder to actually learn that they did not select me. I realise that this probably was due to their lack of organisation and that they meant no disrespect. But still, this was unprofessional, impolite and in contrast to my first positive impression. If you promise things and make commitments, stick to them.
