They use STRIVE as their platform for finding candidates. So this company is separate from them. The phone interview was not typical, they did not want to discuss resume basics. They wanted to assess sales skills on the fly. This was surprising and challenging, but reflects sales abilities well. What i didn't like was the disorganization between the "amazing interview" i had and BTX responding to my schedule for an in person interview. After 3 weeks of strive saying i would be called for an interview, i never was, and then they informed me the position was filled. It was confusing and an inaccurate communication process.
