Interview
Completed 2-week course, followed by role-play session and a one to one interview. The staff were amazingly friendly and it didn't feel like an interview at all. The role-play was fine aslong as you remembered to apologise and be understanding to your "customer".
Smooth first interview, typical HR questions. Questions were related to my background and previous job, mostly. Some language assessment as well. They also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenges, while maintaining a friendly tone that made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging throughout the interview process overall.
Quick application process and friendly interview. I was pleased with the process although I did not receive an offer. I believe they would like someone who has at least 2-3 years customer service experience.

Joke of a place. Management is seriously lacking empathy and communication skills. Very poor display overall. You’re only a number to these type of companies. Not acceptable in 2026. In Prison you’re treated better
