Easy process just very slow seemingly lots of different HR people involved no-one seemed to be able to make a decision nor tell me if I had the job. Then I received an offer which I increased a fraction then it was all very quick into a start date. A big however the induction and who training and familiarisation process was shocking you really are left to sink or swim - very frustrating as you work your way around the company.
