1st Step: Telephone Interview - 30 Mins
Questions focused on requirement gathering, stakeholder management, wireframes, and technical challenges.
2nd Step: Case Study and Interview - 1 hour
- Case study is sent in advance
- Case study contains some UI designs and I was asked to give feedback on the customer experience, provide a list of backlog items, a delivery plan, and some reporting requirements.
- 1 hour was not long enough to fit in an interview and a case study.
- Barely spent any time for interview part because the interviewer spent too long introducing the company structure, roles etc. I had a lot of questions throughout the presentation so it overan.
Overall the interview process was not stressfull and the interviewers were very nice people. I was not offered the position but I believe other candidates delivered better presentations. I think BT are look for BA's with more digital experience and customer experience exposure.
