Interview
Unnecessarily long recruiting process. You jump through so many unnecessary hoops and hurdles. At times you’d have to reach out for an update as HR is extremely understaffed.
However, the interviewers were extremely nice and warm. It was a conversational and interactive interview and interaction.
I suggest they streamline hiring procedure and not make it as “hard”.
Their interview process is on the levels of PwC and Deloitte but they company is not really at that level yet.

Interview
Very lengthy, first there is a career fit conversation, assessments and then there is a 3-hour interview where you have to prepare a presentation. Which you need to support a few days before the interview. The time investment for a min market related salary.

The first interview is virtual and the second is in person. The second interview consists of scenario based questions, a solution to a problem, a presentation and a group based team activity.
