I had 3 interviews and 1 case study in total. (first one HR, second one with the Team Lead, did 1 case study after, and then 1 last interview with Team Lead and CEO I think) I was told after the case study I’ll get feedback within a week. 2 weeks later I get the invitation to do the case study (again). Obviously they wanted to send the email to another applicant. I responded immediately and explained them their mistake and hope to hear back. It took another week to be contacted by them to solve the situation. At least they apologized. After my last call I did receive a rejection. The mail came 11:46 pm which is a little bit unprofessional in my opinion. After asking for a short feedback, unfortunately I never got a response. I think when an applicant is taking their time for 3 interviews and 1 case study, giving a little bit of feedback at least would be appropriate (or at least a short Mail they don’t have the time for it). The whole process took 2 months. Unfortunately the process seemed very unorganized even though I had a great impressions at first. Positive I can say is that everyone was very nice and friendly.
