I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BRICK Education Network
Interview
I received an invitation to schedule an interview after applying. The interviewer did not know we had an interview and requested to reschedule nearly a week later. I provided my availability but did not hear back for 4 weeks. I provided my availability again and received no response for 5 days, re-emailed, secured an interview and then the interviewer cancelled 15 minutes before the interview.
My interview was rescheduled for the same day.
I made it through the first interview and on to the second phase where I had to submit an action plan. I submitted this then was notified 2 weeks later I did not get the job via an automated email.
The entire process was, to me, the most unprofessional interviewing experience of my career.

Interview
Three rounds - phone interview with talent/ recruitment team, a project or written portion, and live interview with leadership. The process was standard and similar to professional employment opportunities. Antonio was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Follow-up was a little slow at times but I understand it’s difficult to move things along during a pandemic and working remotely.
