Reached out to me via a job board, Normal interview process 3-4 rounds. Every interview went great. Third round ended with a senior exec telling me that I should expect an offer in the next 3-4 days.....after over a week of ghosting me they sent an automated email saying they went with someone else. This seems to be the norm these days and its just unprofessional and sad.
