I applied for the Management Trainee Position last November 5,2019. Apparently they make you fill a form out and expect to write an essay out there, particularly about your management and leadership style. After that you'll wait to be screened then HR will ask you the usual type of questions.
Now if you don't pass the initial screening, you won't be eligible for the exam. Once you do get through the exam, you'll be given 2 through a user interface platform, it's a digitial exam basically. The mechanics are simple, you're allotted 20 mins for the first one because it's a logical exam. It will then be followed by a personality test regarding leadership and character traits.
Now personally I'm pissed off. HR told me that I'll be contacted in a week or so and they didn't reply. Make sure you also bring your TOR, they're super strict with grades, which to be honest is extremely conservative. The company doesn't like anyone with even a single failed grade. Annoying right? I mean, they are a standard of what? Discipline. Not the actual job setting. They don't consider your skills, just get your head straight on that. They will only consider grades no matter how shelled out a person actually is. As long as you have good grades, this company will accept you no matter what and the core competency that you need are grades.
So if you're looking for a company that measures your capacity, don't consider this. They only look at your grades, they don't look for people who are competent to run their business. They hire book smarts, not actual people who can actually analyze data. Better you take your talents somewhere else.
Never got a follow up, never got a reply, and the MT program already started.
