2 interviews with different members of the team. First one general quite informal, second more technical with questions relating to the department and approach to the particular role. People were very friendly.

Interview
The process was lengthy and challenging with 3 rounds before a decision was made. Although I wasnt selected in the end, it was a great learning experience.
The skills assessment included group work challenges, drafting, and debates to name a few.
