Rounds 1 and 2 were well structured and focused on .NET-related concepts, matching the role's requirements. However, in Round 3, the discussion shifted heavily toward mathematical aptitude and geometry-based questions (including Pythagoras theorem and similar quiz-style problems), which seemed less relevant for a senior .NET developer position. I couldn't answer some of those questions and was eventually rejected. I believe the interview would have been more effective if it had focused more on backend architecture, system design, and role-specific technical skills.
