I initially applied for the position about a month ago and was subsequently contacted by a recruiter to schedule a preliminary phone screening. During the 15-minute conversation, I was asked questions such as “Why BNY?” and “What motivates your decision to leave your current role?” A week later, I received an email inviting me to meet with the hiring managers. However, during the first scheduled interview, none of the managers joined the call. Shortly after, I received an email explaining that there had been a scheduling conflict, and I was asked to reschedule.
Unfortunately, the same issue occurred during the second scheduled interview, where once again, none of the hiring managers attended. I reached out to the recruiter, who apologized and arranged yet another meeting. For the third time, however, none of the managers showed up. This experience has been quite disappointing and reflects a concerning lack of organization and professionalism on the company’s part.
