The interview process was quite smooth, despite there being 3 interviews in one sitting. Transition between them was a bit fast pace but the interviewers were very nice and understanding. I also enjoyed listening to the interviewers telling me more about their experience at the company, making it more than a one sided conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a mistake you’ve made and how did you go about fixing it?
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
