2 members of management interviewed me. They both stated that they couldn't promise this company or position was better than the one I currently had. That should have been a red flag. On my first day of employment, I showed up 15 minutes early and let the security guard know I was starting employment and the name of my manager. After my manager, who had interviewed me, came to get me, he asked my name and what position I was hired for. He didn't even remember who I was! That should have told me then what this would end up as. They also had no training program in place. He finally decided to let me sit in the vault for the first day to see how they process incoming mortgage documents.
