First step wast an introductory call with HR. Then there were in person meetings with three Wealth Directors and the Sales Associate Team lead, all for 30 minutes. More of a conversation style interview process.

There were two rounds of interviews with BNY Mellon in the office, and one round over the phone with someone in their headquarters. It was more informal than most interviews. They really wanted to gauge to see if I would be a good fit within their office, and if I was a good fit for the job.

Not bad as I thought it would go they asked general questions,why bny,what are your strengths and weaknesses and why should we hire you in our company , will there be Committment from your end etc
