Phone interviewed w/in-house recruiter after I applied on the company website for a posted job. I was scheduled to meet the Hiring Manager. I had an hour interview with her and she suggested I may be asked to come again to meet others including the most senior manager in her group. Received an email to meet the senior manager the following week. I was told the selection was being narrowed to myself and an in-house candidate.
