Interview
Applied online and after about two weeks I was contacted by the recruiting office and scheduled an interview. The recruiter walked me to the building and i first met the person interviewing me. He was the supervisor there but wasn't going to be my personal supervisor. The supervisor of my position was situated in Buffalo so it was a weird situation. But the person interviewing me was real cool, he said he hates interviewing and the whole process so he just wanted to talk. We just talked about the position and basically life for about 40 minutes so it was a real easy going time.

He really didnt ask questions like a normal interview. We just had a conversation about the company, the position, and general life stuff, so it really was just like talking to a friend.
